Our yellow corn tortillas are made from Yellow Wapsie Valley corn which is organically grown in Three Oaks, Michigan. It has a creamy, intense corn flavor and is over 10% protein.
We nixtamalize our corn kernels, which heightens taste and nutrition, leading to a far superior tortilla compared to what’s available in any grocery store. No more sour small or unpleasant taste that you’re used to from processed corn flour!
Pressed tortillas should be stored in the refrigerator, and will stay fresh for up to 10 days. For longer storage, freeze for up 3 months. For more information, visit our FAQ page!
Package includes 10 tortillas.
